Return Cost

Unless there is an error on our end, all return costs will be incurred by client.

30 Days to Return

Due to the nature of our business, returns will only be accepted for quality/damage issues that can not be repaired or other circumstances within reason and must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase date.

Returns and Exchanges

Sales on all custom jewelry pieces are final. There are no refunds or exchanges accepted. This includes but is not limited to grillz and caps, alternative jewelry, and traditional jewelry. (Rings, Pendants, Etc.)
Any and all deposits and payments made towards custom pieces or in-stock pieces are non-refundable.
